Hey guys, i saw the difficulty of finding it in Tryria but if i made a Factions Ranger would i have to go to Tyria and cap it there? Or is it in Factions Somwhere?

I also had the same about a non elite skill called "Dryder's Defence" Not at skill trader in kaineng i can only find results for it in Tyria like Sanctum Cay, Ember Light Camp etc etc.

Any help woudl be very gratefull!

Dunno if you've used guildwiki, but it has answers to any question like that. If you're too lazy to click the links, the answer is no, you cannot cap punishing shot in Factions. It's a Prophecies-only skill. If you can make it to Snake Dance from Beacons, it really wouldn't be hard to cap, you just check if the boss is at the closest spawn point to the portal. If not, zone back and try again until he is. The problem is just getting there, but it Shouldn't be overly hard with a full group.

If you can't seem to get there, get a group with a Droks runner and pay them to take you to Snakes.

MUCH MUCH easier to come UP from Camp Rankor, or OVER and UP from War Camp.

Anyway, this person didn't know about some skills being Chapter specific....Now he does.
